A lot of people hesitate to reach out because they picture treatment as overwhelming, rigid, or meant only for the “sick enough.” That isn’t this.
I offer specialized, outpatient support that helps you make sense of what you’re struggling with, free from pressure, judgment, or assumptions. Just steady, expert care designed to meet real people in real life.
I started this practice because too many people in Michigan were struggling without access to truly specialized eating disorder support. Over the years, I kept meeting bright, thoughtful adults who felt stuck, spending most of their energy battling food and body thoughts instead of manifesting their dreams.
My goal has always been simple: to offer a place where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools you need to move forward. Empathy, education, and empowerment guide every part of my work, so you can make meaningful progress without feeling overwhelmed or alone.
I’ve spent nearly a decade helping adolescents, young adults, and adults navigate eating disorder recovery across multiple levels of care, including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient settings.
My work is rooted in empathy, education, and empowerment, because clients deserve support that feels both compassionate and practical. In our sessions, I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and FBT (for teens and families) to help you understand what’s happening and create meaningful, sustainable change.
When appropriate, I may weave in lived experience to normalize, encourage, and destigmatize the challenges you’re facing.

My work is rooted in the belief that recovery is possible, and that it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. I bring a steady, compassionate presence to each session, helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface while offering practical tools to support change. Together, we take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
Collaborative, case-focused support for therapists, dietitians, and other providers navigating eating disorder treatment.
A supportive, evidence-based space to help you get unstuck and move toward a freer, more peaceful relationship with food and your body.
As we meet regularly, we’ll build skills, practice new patterns, and adjust your treatment plan as you grow. You’ll receive steady, specialized support designed to help you move toward lasting recovery.
In our first appointment, we’ll explore your history, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and start outlining a personalized treatment plan so you know exactly what we’ll focus on together.
If we decide to work together, you’ll receive a follow-up email with scheduling options, consent forms, and brief questionnaires. These help me understand your needs before our first session.
I’ll call you at the scheduled time. We’ll talk through your concerns, your goals, and what support might help you move forward. This conversation is warm, relaxed, and pressure-free.
Choose a time that works for you. During this free 15-minute call, you can share what you’ve been experiencing, ask questions, and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit.
