Outpatient therapy is an investment in your healing — and you deserve transparent, straightforward information from the very beginning.
Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about session fees, what to expect, and how I approach specialized eating disorder treatment via telehealth.
Whether you’re finally ready to get unstuck or you’re gathering information before taking the next step, you’re in the right place.
When you’re exhausted from thinking about food, your body, and what you “should” be doing next, even the simplest decisions can feel overwhelming. While you'll find quite a bit of information on this page, nothing compares to a face-to-face conversation. Book an introductory call so we can discuss any questions you have in mind!
Let's get you back to living your life, not managing your eating disorder.
All sessions are currently held via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
You must be physically located in Michigan during your appointment.
I am not in-network with insurance at this time. I provide receipts you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Medical stability matters.
If you're not currently medically or psychiatrically stable, we’ll make sure you receive the level of care you need before beginning outpatient therapy.
You won’t be navigating this alone.
Most eating disorder recovery requires a treatment team. I regularly collaborate with dietitians, physicians, and other providers to ensure you have comprehensive support.
Ideal for most clients, especially early in treatment. These sessions offer the time needed to fully explore your experiences, set goals, and build momentum in recovery.
$185
Ideal for clients who benefit from a bit more space to process, plan, or work through weekly challenges without needing a full-length session.
$150
Ideal for clients who are further along in recovery, need brief check-ins, or want support between longer sessions.
$100
Each session is designed to offer focused, specialized support for eating disorder recovery. We’ll determine the session length and frequency that best fits your needs, your energy, and the stage of recovery you’re in.
I believe high-quality eating disorder treatment should be accessible, and I never want finances to be the reason someone can’t begin the healing they deserve.
If the cost of therapy is a barrier, you may be eligible for reduced-fee sessions through Project HEAL’s HEALers Circle—a national program connecting clients with specialized eating disorder providers at significantly lower rates.
A limited number of spots are available, and all applications are handled directly through Project HEAL.
Most people come to me feeling exhausted by the daily mental tug-of-war with food and their body. If that’s you, you’re not alone, and you’re not the problem.
I draw from nearly a decade of specialized experience to help clients understand what’s going on, why it’s happening, and what can actually help. My goal is to offer empathy, education, and a roadmap that feels doable, steady, and supportive.
I help clients understand what’s actually going on beneath the eating disorder, and what can make things better.
Lived experience is just that - the life experiences that have shaped us as humans. While I am a therapist who has lots of clinical training and experience, I am also a human who has lots of lived experiences. Every once in a while, it can be powerful and beneficial for clients when I intentionally share a lived experience, in an effort to normalize, de-stigmatize, connect, etc. Sharing lived experiences are limited and always shared with the intent to benefit the client.
I reserve a portion of my caseload for adolescents, teens, and their families. If you or your child is an adolescent or teen, I may recommend Family Based Treatment (FBT), also known as the Maudsley Method.
FBT is an evidence based modality for the treatment of eating disorders in adolescents and teens. FBT involves the client’s adult caregivers in treatment to make treatment most effective and to limit the risk of relapse. It is important to note that FBT is not the same as general family therapy.
All sessions are currently held via telehealth. I use Simple Practice’s HIPAA compliant platform. Client must be in the state of Michigan at the time of their appointment.
Clients and colleagues have described me as warm, approachable, and direct in the moments when directness is needed. In every session, I strive to offer my clients empathy for what they’re experiencing, education as to why they might be experiencing certain thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and empowerment to make choices aligned with their values, while moving towards their goals.
Clinically, I utilize Family Based Treatment, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe that quality eating disorder treatment most often requires a treatment team. Most commonly, my clients are working with a therapist, a dietitian, and a physician. As part of my therapeutic approach, I regularly coordinate care with my clients’ other providers.
