Good Inside by Dr. Becky Kennedy

The Long & The Short of it:

This book is not at all about eating disorders – and it’s one of my most commonly referenced books because Dr. Becky does an *incredible* job of explaining practical, easy to understand parenting strategies. She and I also share the foundational belief that all teens and all parents are “good inside” and that “bad behavior” is just a signal from a teen (or a parent!) to pay attention to & guide next steps. This is one of those books with highlights on every other page!

Recommended Reading for:

Any and all parents/caregivers of children at any age – including teens!
